What's the best Curry house in central Brighton, Hove and Preston Circus area

my new local take-away will be Agra Tandoori on five ways and I've had it on more than one recommendation that they are very good

Indian Summer is supposed to be good too, although not your normal curry house.

it was shut down for health and safety reasons, its open again now but I wouldn't !!!!

I didn't mind my head last time I was there, it hurt muchly.

I think overall the risk of serious injury is worth it though.
I also like the TOILET there. Not often you have to piss whilst standing up a slope.

I went there last year. As you say not your normal Indian restaurant but very nice indeed.

I've not yet found a curry house in Brighton that I would really rave about though have heard good stuff about Indian Summers food also and have had some pretty decent curries from the Spice Nutriment on Queens Road

If you want a traditional Flock wallpaper curry house Ashoka is as good as any. If you're looking for something a little more modern (and more expensive) Indian Summer is worth a visit.
