For me it was 'River Raid' on the Atari 2600 in 83, loved that game.

Then on my own first computer (Amstrad 464) it was this:

Games have come on a tad since then, i think you'll agree...

Elite in BBC Model B in '83. My dad took me to CJE Micros in Worthing and we got the computer, game, tape player and analogue joystick all at the same time.

I have played that game on a BBC Master with disk drive, IBM PC (native) and under Windows emulation. Amazing game even almost 30 years later.

What amazes me even more is that CJE Micros still seem to going apparently selling specialist computer kit to enthusiasts.

I'm not sure I can remember the first ever game I played on - probably the bat tennis thing on an Atari console. Two sticks and a ball in black and white.

ZX81 was the first computer I played on.

can't remember specifically, but it came on a cassette tape. I think it was a tank game. It would have been early to mid 80's.

I can't remember the name of the first game I ever played but I know it was around early 80's and my dad has it on film somewhere, it involved a key and a maze.
Our first computer was a Commodore 16 +4 in 1984. It was a surprise xmas present for my brother and I, one of the best Christmas' ever! Pencildick Do you remember?
