I was reluctant to start a thread on this but it’s bothering me.

It got an airing at one point Tuesday, (under the police box) sounds like something a boy band have done probably recently it’s a quite long winded (if you struggle with GOSBTS you’ve got no chance with this one) I thought it might be that Atomic Kitten one that England fans are fond of but I’m sure it’s not.

I’ve heard it before but am usually pissed so I asked the boy who knows EVERY song but he shrugged his shoulders claiming it was the first time he’d heard it.

Anyway, what’s the original song and what are our lyrics?

Thank you please x

might help if you can remember some words...

I assume it's not Julio ENciso's song, as that's been around for ages.
But it's the only long winded chant I can remember from Wolves

You can try it. It may well have been about for ages, like I said I'm sure I’ve heard it at away matches but probably not taken any notice due to excessive intake of beer. Tuesday I was as dry as a pigeon’s lip and the world seemed a very different place.

Julio Enciso
He knew the place to go
Although he's never seen the boys from the Withdean
He felt it everywhere
He breathed in the sea air
And then he said to me
f*** CPFC

And repeat

(may have got the order of the lines wrong)

Edit: No idea what song it's based on.

And what a dirge it is, never like to slate our songs, but that is one I can’t stand. However the Danny Welbeck in Chitty Bang Bang I’d never heard before but really liked that one.

It’s based on a Blackpool chant for Charlie Patino. Another unoriginal effort.

The Blackpool fans very loosely based it on ‘You are not alone’ by Michael Jackson.

Why do Palace have to be mentioned in so many chants ? It all sounds a bit contrived and needy.
