Walked the dog past Hassocks station at 9:30 and blue and white everywhere. By 10:30 it was pretty quiet again. So jealous. Was there in 83 but for various reasons cant make this one.

We’re on the 10.20 from Brighton and it’s absolutely rammed!

As is the 10:01 from Eastbourne. Many hundreds of fans from Lewes onwards left disappointed on the platform. Now almost in enemy territory having just gone past Gatwick.

Tip for you, if you buy a ticket from Brighton to Finsbury Park it’s roughly half the price but you can still travel on the southern train to Victoria due to the engineering works.
