About 5.20 during the week, on the train at 6 and at my desk in Canary Wharf just after 7. Peaceful time of day, no interruptions, easier commuting. Once you're up the morning are sooooo much better than later in the day for getting stuff done. Weekends usually 6.30/7am ish

Similar, 5:30 alarm for the 6:15 train - in the City by 7:30. Struggle to wake up later at the weekends though which is very frustrating!

Mrs Hiney has just started a new job and she is up and out of the house by 7am.

This has REVOLUTIONISED my day, as I am now positively RARING to go by 7.30 and find I am now able to get so much more done.

It's MARVELLOUS
What about everyone else?

Up by 5.45, leave house @ 6.30, on train by 7.00.

Love getting to work early, and having an hour or so to get things done uninterrupted, before colleagues or students start phoning/emailing me or knocking on my door to discuss something.

I am out of bed at 4:45am and out of the door at 5:15am...An 8 min walk to Angmering Station and on the first train to London which is at 5:30am.

I then give it legs from Victoria Station and am at my desk at about 7:20am.

When I worked in London, I was generally up at 4.45 and on 6.00 train. Now I work from home I can have a bit of a sleep-in until about 6.30 ... or when my son decides to wake me up

I did the London commute last year where I was up at 5.15, on a train around 6 etc. Now I've moved locally I get up at 7, walk the dogs, get to work for 9 without stress. It's amazing the difference such a lifestyle makes to stress and fatigue levels...

up at 5.15am, gym kit on and out the door by 5.30am
Arrive Bristol 6.15, gym for an hour and 15mins followed by shower and in work by 8.

That's probably a bit too much detail isn't it!
