Music is so vast and everyone has there own tastes. I've been dipping into Jane's Addiction. I played this for Donnylass loud one morning not long ago. Here I was in a robe, cup a tea in one hand and me lipsyncing ever word while she just lay there in bed, feathered and cozy, smiling laughing grinning. It felt so good.

"Story of a Heart" by the Benny Anderson Band. Close your eyes and it could be ABBA circa 1978. Forget Michael Jackson, the real kings of pop are and always will be Benny and Bjorn! Michael Jackson didn't do hook lines IMHO and how much of his stuff did he actually write, although I acknowledge that that never did Elvis Presley any harm.

....Apart from that "Spirit of Radio" by Rush is a regular running thro' my brain.

I just started looking at a book about West Londonyesterday , which had some pix of Greenford.

Then the old plugs that Radio London made on the air in the 1960's for "BIG L at GREENFORD!!" came into my head, they always put "Wait for the Midnight Hour" by Solomon King(?) in the background.

Just wait you kids, you'll be warbling the Spice Girls in the 2030's..:lolol:

My fave Abba track is the last one that ever got into the charts, "The Day Before You Came" which has one of the best instrumental hooks ever.
By this time Bjorn and Agnetha had really split up, and her voice is one of the saddest I've ever heard on a record. She didn't do much after this when she went solo and then became a virtual recluse, what a loss...

A REAL 100% ABBA reunion would make any other reformation pale into insignificance!

Thanks Greens :(
'When Love Takes Over', by David Guetta ft. Kelly Rowlands has me thinking about a certain young(ish) lady, who, if she plays her cards right, might benefit from my years of experience in matters romantic
