I used to hang around on a shaven grannies site called crinkleclump, but i began to become obsessed with one of the Shirleys, that's what they're called in the scene. About two months i talked to her and thought about her all night long. She finally gave in and revealed her name to be Cynthia, but this was another rouse, sadly, a money-making one keeping me hooked to the site and phoning one of the 80p-a-minute lines with hope i'd talk to Cynth. Cynthia, actual real name Deborah, i discover after tracing where the callcentre receiving the number was and checking out those coming and going at certain times of day, wasn't a grandmother nor shaven in the slightest. Deborah was about 32. Rough, yes, but not a granny. She'd been made to stay on 40 bensons a day to keep her sounding worn and croaky. Hopefully she'll take them to caught if she gets lung cancer. Nice woman, really. We went out a couple of times, but she wasn't for me. She wasn't Cynthia. And driving to Wakefield just for a date with a "Cynthesiser", as we began to call her, was just too much.
I'm not on there any more, that site. Still hurts to think of, in all honesty. I was a fool, yes, but a fool with a heart.
