Watching the game on TV today I noticed the England fans wearing various shirts from previous years, rather than the latest Nike shirts.
Plenty of old shirts and retro reproduction shirts on show in pictures and videos of England fans watching around this country.

What is your favourite England shirt?

My favourites are the Admiral shirts from the early 80s

I think England’s training tops this year would have made a good shirt!
I’m also partial to the airtex 1970 shirt, red, white and the blue.

I saw fans wearing the white Paul mariner one and thought ‘I want one of of them ‘.
Mexico 86 was pretty cool .
I also used to have a replica of the bobby Moore 1966 classic. Did good service for me When I was at the 2006 wc.

I am a massive fan of the current warm-up shirt. However I have a fear that if I buy it, we will instantly become rubbish.

The last one I bought, which I really like, is the reversible one which is red on one side and blue on the other. All clubs could do this with their home and away colours, but that would limit income of course.
