It slipped out quite easily actually. It had been knocking on the door for a few hours, but did not seem in a hurry to greet the world.

It was a Magnus Magnusson moment though, as soon as I started I had to wait a while for it to finish. I had to use a bit of arse rotation to get it out, but decided not to CRIMP it and go for the full monty. Fortunately it slid away well, and did not cause any blockage.
