Asumming that MA is not going to resign and DK is not going to sack him come what may.

What is the answer to our problem.

I believe that DK should approach MA with a stern alternative either you sort it out or I do and I start at the top. This was said to me by an old boss and I sorted the problem.

MA has chosen BB and DW so if they fail he fails so perhaps he should reconsider their position.

Starting at the top means the senile old twat who sacked Dean Wilkins should f*** off first

The soloution is to manage Micky out of the club. By making it most uncomfortable that he has no option but to leave. Therefore we save money and hire someone who CAN do something with the highly talented squad that we have. Otherwise before you know it, half the players will want to jump ship.

we've got to believe that MA is doing his best, so in his own mind what more can he do?

the club is in crisis - MA has cleared out most of the young players, the team has no experienced players (except Forster), we have a captain playing out of position at right wing, the best centre half in the club playing at right back, it's hard enough for new players to settle into a good team (remember Rodney Marsh at Man City?) let alone into a bad side. The team lacks confidence, the fans are fed up, Knight has spent his "allowance" from the Blooms and we are in the relegation zone - not a good lead up to Falmer. We don't even have an attacking free kick worked out

Oh, and DW and BB appear clueless

Ultimately, I'm not sure this is going to be DK's call. Tony Bloom is clearly the power behind the throne as the major investor. If he thinks his investment in Davies, McNulty, Jarrett etc is going down the pan, Micky will be gone.

You miss the point he is NOT going to resign he has family to consider. The board have backed him in the transfer market so they are not going to sack him so neither is going to budge. We have to look to other answers.

Get behind him perhaps?

Whilst demanding proper answers from DK over the sacking of Wilkins.

If muckey leaves, who on earh would want to come to a club thats scraping along in the relegation zone?

One of the 50-odd that applied when we were 13 points adrift at the bottom with the club in turmoil, soon to be homeless, no ground on the horizon...

Hmmm, that was a Belotti quote. I hardly think it stands up to any scrutiny. Partcularly as I was one of them!!!

So essentially... we're screwed. Micky won't quit, DK won't fire him. Nothing we can do.

This won't go on. Either things will improve somehow, micky will work out that he's playing players in the wrong place, or he'll stumble on the answer and we'll get better, or things will get worse and worse, more and more fans will lose faith, and DK continued refusal to act will backfire on him and the fans will start calling for him to go.

Which will either lead to him going, or firing micky and taking credit for listening to the fans and acting accordingly because he's a man of the people.

How about the fans boycot the next home game?
That will get the message through
