Other - ie Father Ted which, as has been mentioned, ages a little better than "Fawlty Towers". Bit of a flawed poll imho, suggest splitting US from UK over several rounds with a grand final UK v US.

For me the finest US comedy is "Cheers", far superior to "Friends" which although funny, couldn't really get into. "Cheers" was populated by losers and all the better for it.
