What is happening to the officials...

Is our luck running out or are events conspiring against us...

Stoke City...2 dodgy penalties against and one that should have been given
Plymouth...perfectly good goal ruled out, ridiculous penalty award, ridiculous free kick outside the box awarded...should have been 2-2 at the break and we wouldn't have been pushing up so much to be caught by no 5...
Wigan...no complaints
Tonight...handball for their goal..harty bundled over in the box near the end...cast iron penalty

I tend to believe that over a season good and bad decisions even themselves out, but it does seem strange the number of critical decisions currently going against us...am I the only one feeling this way?

Having just got home and watched the highlights (and not wishing to make excuses for another lacklustre performance)..

We should have had a penalty, Mcphee was blantantly pushed over in the box.

Their goal was a clear handball.

Just watched the Mcphee incident again on the video. Commentators agree, referee perfectly placed. Bizarre

I have to disagree with you there.

The ref in that game, I believe it was Andy D'Urso, was shocking.

We've had 3 abysmal referees in a row.

To be fair though Reading could've had a penalty too when Kitson went over Shaaban.

Which I believe was the problem, he knew he had made a mistake there, he is probably one of those refs that hasn't the guts to award an early penalty to an away team. From there onwards any decision other than a couple of freekicks outside their box went Readings way in order to rectify his mistake.

He was a strange one. Seemed to give free-kicks for the slightest bit of contact outside the box, but bottled any decision inside the area.

Or to Kitson for diving. The wanker

Kitson diving? When was that?

If you're talking about diving, then what about Leon 'the cheat' Knight going down like a sack of shit clutching his face after Sonko had pushed his shoulder? That was a disgraceful attempt to con the ref.

I agree with Gollum. These things tend to even themselves out over the season.

True, Leon's got a world record for number of successful cons

The more I see of Knight the less I like him. I've heard Albion fans complain that he gets unfair treatment from refs because he has a reputation for diving, but I'm not surprised refs are wary of him on the evidence I've seen. He really does take the piss at times.

It's crying wolf. If he does get fouled, usually nowadays he gets nothing. He's staying on his feet more these days, has grown up a bit. But his reputation does go before him.
