Nothing. I am right out of everything as haven't been to the shops in just over 2 weeks. Will have to venture out unfortunately to get some stocks in even though we've been encouraged not to go out. Although I do have 2 tins of soup and a mouldy carrot left in the fridge. Don't fancy that for brekkie.

Toast and Marmalade today.

If you ask me tomorrow it will be Muesli.

What did you have Sir?

Rolled Porridge Oats this morning with a dollop of blackcurrant jam.

Back in Sussex
A large cheese-topped bap filled with Quorn sausages, egg and cheese. With a hash brown on the side.

I win.

Cornflakes, well Aldi Honey Nut Cornflakes but that wasn't on the list.
Which is annoying as I should have been at the Burton Beer Festival thus enjoying a full English in the hotel this morning.

Gluten-free porridge

Isn't porridge gluten free by definition as it's made from oats? I am gluten intolerant and my porridge is standard porridge. Mrs T just pointed out you can buy 'gluten free' porridge, but this is just a marketing thing, taking advantage of the fact that on some packs of foot it may say 'made in a factory that also makes stuff with wheat and milk in it' (admonitions I ignore). To me 'gluten free' porridge would be like 'gluten-free' bacon. Or wine.
