I am somewhat restricted by my crutches so can only eat either what I can fit into my short pockets or what I can quickly munch in the kitchen before the standing up gets too painful.

As such, my eating tally for today is woeful:

1 * apple (Braeburn, I think)
1 * piece of wholemeal bread with ketchup to moisten
1 * onion bhaji
1 * handful Quorn 'chicken style' pieces

Things can only improve from here, surely.

1 bowl of shreddies
1 bacon butty
2 cheese and tomoto rolls
1 packet of Cheddars
1 Apple - granny smith
1 Banana
3 chocolate biscuits
1 Packet of tortilla chips
1 Peice of marble cake

and for dinner i hopefully am having

Chicken, mushrooms, peppers, Corgettes, Carrots, Tomatoes Red onion stir fry thingy. Looking forward to it.

A small amount of king prawns, pork belly and LARDONS for starters
A very large DUCK BREAST
A selection of some bloody good cheeses - ripe Brie, bit of Manchego
Double espresso
3/4 of a bottle of wine.

And with a breakfast like that, I could afford to skip lunch all together.

3-30am,2 toast with marmite :clap: and banana. Breakfast @ 10-30am Low-fat yogurt,2 toast,almost no butter,large plum and nutri-grain bar. 2-30pm 1 Granny Smith 1 banana. and at 6-30.2 wholegrian rolls filled with wafer thin ham and tomatos.:clap: :albion:

Natural yoghurt with blueberries for breakfast.

Some apple slices and peanut butter.

Cream cheese and tomato pinwheels for lunch with some raw veggies and dip.

A banana.

Supper was chicken fettucine alfredo.

I have had several banana and strawberry smoothies as well.

Going to eat a freshly baked banana bran muffin in a bit and that's me for the day.
