Its been a great pre season so far which kicks off this week away at Athlone, and its going to get much more exciting in August

With the current squad what sort of formation do you want to see us playing, using the squad to its best capabilities

In either case with Virgo asa defender and NOT as a forward.

With the squad as it is, with lots of centre backs and no left back, i think we could end up with 3 centre backs starting. Solid at the back, with width using Cox and McLeod.

But its hard to find 3 central midfielders out of that squad, so the traditional 4-4-2 still suits us best I guess

I just like that fact that there is competition for places whatever the formation

3-4-3 - proper FLAIR it up with playing every striker we have in it as well

FM2008 has been awesome this year with the following formation (taking Lewes to the Championship): 442 but very narrow, playing with two wing back and two wingers.... one defnesive midfielder pushing up and one defensive midfielder falling back. One foward dropping back and picking up ... this allow to slip into the following formations as and when necessaery:

4-1-3-2-1
4-1-3-2-1-1
2-4-4
2-1-3-2
4-2-4
4-2-3-1

Very very flexible.
