I think that Trollope or Calderwood will be ast manager with the other, if they both join us, as U21s manager with NJ as 1st team coach.

I think this is more like it. Trollope with be Hughton's number two, with Nathan as 1st team coach. Not at all sure about Simon Rusk though.
