Having sat reading a number of posts claiming that Micky Adams is wonderful and far better than MM, discuss.
For what it's worth I feel that MM's record with the Albion is superb, in his first season he took us up, and he has remained with us so certainly loyalty so far, and all this with no money.

mcghee has done what he said he would do - and i feel that he will not walk out on us after the way the reading fans treated him when he left them

so far so good

For me the sign of a good manager is someone who has the ability to get 110% out of his players at all times, he must earn their respect so they want to give through a sense of pride and loyalty to him, their team and hopefully ourselves (the supporters). The manager must also display loyalty himself, possibly the best example of this is Dario Gradi at Crewe, I am sure he must have had offers from other teams through the years but was never tempted to move elsewhere, what he achieved at a totally unfashionable club is nothing short of miraculous.
