lol i was just having this discussion 5 minutes ago. Well they certainly wouldn't need to commit petty crime anymore, they'd be able to walk into director role on £100k+ in any company or become an MP.
It is Ironic though how it cost the same to destroy a childs life as it does to set them up for an amazing life.
The solution isn't prison that's glaringly obvious with reconviction rates (amongst young offenders) of 80/90%.
