as others have said 'The Amex'... before that it was 'Falmer', because the club referred to it as that, and also 'The Community' would have sounded a bit odd.

On a side note, whoever taking over the stadium naming rights from American Express faces a serious uphill battle. Hard to see it now being called anything other than The Amex, at least amongst the fanbase.
