I'm sorry.
Are you saying someone who actively changes the letters on their number plate on the outside of the car they are sitting inside, so other people can see it......doesn't give a shit what other people think?
Or a lot of the people you've met are too polite to tell you
My all time favourite number plate, I think it may have been withdrawn?
Nope just checked on MOT history and it’s still out there on a Rolls Royce

Wasn't this one owned by Paul Raymond?
On the topic of personalised numberplates I think those who want ones should get it and those who feels that it is not for them should not get ones.
Mine is a TS, by choice. It may not be as quick but better balanced and more suited to the chassis imo. Bussos are fabulous though, I had a couple of 3 litre 164s, fabulous long distance car and as they said at the time “best sounding engine this side of a Ferrari” Ridiculous torque steer and a foot to the floor getaway in the wet risked a “hello Mr Sheep” experience every time
My old Beamer has got tinted windows and a personalised number plate. One of the worst business meetings I had in my whole career was in Malta, so the majority living there must be genuinely horrible
That's really interesting. I had been looking at 2.0 TS Lusso Spiders as a summer toy too, but seem to have been blinded by that yearning for a Busso. I might have to revise my search parameters! Thanks
I speak as I find. Your bad meeting has nothing to do with the behavior of those drivers.
Unless, of course, it was a BMW owners club.
Point missed entirely, classic Maltese
Is your name Richard?
What exactly has a meeting to do with the rest of the country?
Basing an opinion on a very small sample (or stereotype)
this is why i think personalised plates are a bit And def. Not for me.
If your name is indeed, mar 71n, then great. However, if, as i suspect, your name is actually martin, then they are just a bit shit.
