Very difficult to chose but from what I've been to:

London - so many different people, places, foods, activities, arts and it is the Capital of the world.
Hong Kong - awesome atmosphere, architecture food and female scenery
Houston - food, people, bee hatches
Oxford - beautiful small English city
Algiers - weird, old school France feel with great food and very friendly people

On the flip side my 5 worst are:

Budapest/any other backward one dimensional East Euro shitehole
Liverpool

I keep hearing people praise Oxford. When I had a look round I thought it was a dump... Same old high street shops as anywhere else, lots of concrete, loads of chavs. Obviously the university buildings are beautiful, but did I miss something?
