From what I've seen so far it's same as Potter but a lot quicker and braver. Plenty of goals so far but also not many clean sheets. At present we're simply taking teams apart in our 'power play'. Also, Roberto wants better and won't settle for anything less than 100% (as publicly said in recent week)

My view is that we are doing something similar to the video explanation but higher up the pitch.

In essence, when we hit the opposition box with Potter, it was mostly full of opposition players. RDZ ‘baits’ the other team into attacking positions which leaves our forward players (after a super quick transition) with more space and less bodies to shoot through.

25 years maybe?
Always difficult to judge since two managers rarely have identical working conditions. Might have to wait until they both retire to see how they've coped with various challenges over their careers.

There's an element of shell shock that didn't exist under Potter. The last few months of him here we scored some gorgeous goals. They were kind of pure. Pure football. With RDZ teams look haggard. They literally have no idea where people are, where the ball is.

Potter never really seemed to think very far beyond meaningless possession for its own sake to make his stats look good. Potter-era for me, apart from from his soppy bollox pressers, would be the universally-quoted, er, quote 'no end product in the final third' . RDZ sorted that nonsense out earlydoors
