I go through a rotation of what egg style is currently favourite. Had a bad month of fried eggs winning. At the moment, POACHED are winning. I don't even care for a bread base to sit them on. If I've boiled the kettle for a tea I just chuck the rest in a pan, VORTEX IT and drop 2 eggos in for a quick 2 min snack. Lovely, no mess, no effort.

Oh, boiled egg you say? Probably about 2 years old.

Probably about 10, I think, but… it’s hard to be eggsxact about it!!

The most curious thing..
I don‘t eat eggs as a standalone item. Never had a boiled egg. When I was in the Hare Krishna movement we were told eggs were a menstrual byproduct and it has put me off them ever since.
You are King Charles, and I claim my £5

Dippy egg and soldiers all the time as a kid. I'd say about 3 or 4 years old.

But in answer to the question, lunch in junior school I would say. About 8 years old.

From about 6 or 7, Mum put the pan on and we chucked the eggs in, when I could see in the pan I was allowed to light the gas too, around 8. Off to play football each day of the school holidays, bottle of squash, two HB eggs and butties. Mum & Dad both worked FT so you had to entertain yourself, can you imagine now!
