So, is it my understanding that the fans from the 'Goldstone - North stand - circa 19080's will be retiring into the West Stand Uppper now.

I went to the presentation yesterday and I have decided on the 'west stand upper'

Just making sure I have made the right choice, as now late 30's, I would like a bit of both , singing and a view.In my early 20's it would of been north stand all the way.

Hoping secretly the west stand upper will be the new northstand.......

Better than I thought, after reading all the posts on here I was fearing the worst......still loads in the West Upper.....working in now from the sides as the cheaper seats were the first to go ...Mine is level with the edge of the centre circle

Pretty Full Mellotran......there is still space there though. if you are just after 1 or 2 seats you shouldn't have a problem any more then you may struggle. we have so far sold aroound 7000 season tickets out of 15,000 so still plenty of room

Yep, that's pretty much how it is with us. The "northstanders" tking our place in the WSU, with some of the golden "next generation" sprinkled in amongst us.

Don't pigeon hole it. It's for anyone that wants decent view and there are a lot of singers going up there.

Thats it

North also has singers but doesnt mean it is just kids

The 7,000 doesn't include the 1901ers

My only fear is that with all the people supporting the team being up in the rafters, the players will be able to hear all of the moaners in the lower tier the whole time!

Hmm...want 3 seats together, erk. Presentation is tomorrow.

And oi it's MellotrOn, not tran. I'm not some transgender fella/lady/fella so we'll have none of that.

So guys... I'm looking for someone that has a) been on a tour of Amex and b) has an autistic Rain Man style memory for numbers to tell me what the view from:

Block W3D
Row R
Seats 94/95

Answers on a postcard, a mars bar and a slap on the back to the winner. If you have at least the a) qualification, any vague and potentially clueless guess is also welcome.

Top shelf, two-thirds of the way back, about 20 seats from the halfway line.

When I went, all the seats anywhere near the middle had gone. Did you just get a single ?

Middle-ish, towards the back. Based on my seat in C Block being about half-way between the goal line and halfway, and you being several rows behind me!
