Looks great from those pictures. And cold.

First two comments below the article :

And, we can't celebrate st georges day in case it offends non english.
But, they celebrate chinese new year, should be against the law because it offends us english minority.

I think you will find it's the PC brigade that want to do away with englishness, not the minorities

That latter comment is probably very very close to the mark.
Friend of mine has worked at a couple of Sussex Councils and during both periods the respective councils banned both Christmas lights and nativity plays for the school areas they governed.. evidently this was taken as a proactive 'pc' decision and not based on a single request/comment/complaint from any of the public about the matter.
In fact they received complaints AFTER the event from the very minorities they were apparently trying to protect, saying they WANTED to see the things that were banned!

Bonkers...

Dunno what they're moaning about anyway. There was a lovely march in Brighton to celebrate St George's day. Beautiful and moving it was as a large group of burly men pranced along the streets singing merrily 'WE WANT OUR COUNTRY BACK!' It brought a tear to many a passerby's eye. Really put St George's day on the calendar it did.
