Piccadilly Line to Cockfosters surely? Best named tube station for sure. Always wanted to go there as a kid as I thought the name was so funny.

Anyway, seeing as the OP doesn't own a tube map or has never been to London before - Due to 'improvement works' on the district line west of Aldgate East, get the Jubilee line eastbound from London Bridge, change at West Ham, then District Line to Upton Park.
