Tip after the game, find a pub and have a beer. Works wonders for the queues.
It could be...you could get off the jubilee at Canning Town and walk it from there (not much difference between there and West Ham to the ground) and as a bonus you can jump on a 5 or 115 bus up Barking road if you see one coming.
Surprised no one has mentioned going in to Blackfriars and tubing it from there now the underground station is open
Did this after west ham villa game last season. Was pretty easy.
It is unbelievable.
How did they use to cope?
...Anyway, see you in the Blue Parrot, I believe that's where most Albion are heading.
The Blue Parrot at the Barbican is doing free bar snacks and a free £2.32 bet on the National.
I love that place. I understand they are doing a free drink to the first 50 people in there as its national day
If I get there by 1pm, will their still be free drinks?
It will be tight old boy! Best get there early!
TFL are suggesting Victoria to Oxford Circus to Mile End to East Ham. 38mins. Thats using the Victoria line then central. My knowledge of the tube is good but not excellent, Am i missing something?
oh, so beach hut will be in attendance thenThe Blue Parrot at the Barbican is doing free bar snacks and a free £2.32 bet on the National.
oh, so beach hut will be in attendance then
was it free that dayHe is a big fan of the Blue Parrot chain, although he never did find the one in Chesterfield...
Pub:
Market Porter for me.
Coming from the WEST. Cant be fagged changing at Three Bridges for London Bridge. Looked at the underground map and the quickest, easiest way seems... Victoria, Victoria line to St Pancras, Metropolitan (Pink for Seagull supporters) line all the way to Upton Park. Can anyone see a flaw in this cunning plan?
