It's amazing what you can do with a Manager who makes the sum better than it's parts
Totally disagree, best away I've done this year (I've done all of them)
Proper fans, proper pub, proper curry, proper football
Horrible thug who should have been BANNED for life
WBA was my least favourite away day by a mile. I'd be happy if I never returned there.
That's not to say I don't appreciate the job Darren Moore has done from a neutrals perspective. He's been great, so much better than the old PL manager guard still finding jobs.
I'm still appalled that someone threw a bananna at him during that game, thankfully times have changed. I want West Brom to stay up but I'm desperate for a certain of their forwards, (who felt he needed to cover his mouth when making supposedly innocuous comments) to go down.

Ian Baird probably agrees with you!
Moore could have cost us everything
Baird and Moore both getting sent off for (real) fighting in the final match at the Goldstone (v Donny) was a good deal for us, allowing mark moriss to head against the bar then Storrerrrrrrrrr!
Then drink in one of the abundance of pubs in central Birmingham and get to the ground for kick off
Whilst I have no particular affinity to West Brom, I am rather hoping that the extraordinary sequence of events needed for them to stay up becomes a reality.
The reason is Darren Moore.
As a student in Bradford the mid to late nineties I was a season ticket holder at Valley Parade. It was, and still is, a great club with ludicrously cheap season tickets. When they were promoted to the prem in 99/2000 my season ticket was £180!!!
Anyway, the central defensive kingpin in their promotion and survival was the unit that is Darren Moore.
As a footy obsessed student (with nothing better to do on a Tuesday morning) I sometimes went and watched the team train at Apperley Bridge in Bradford. Every time I went, Darren would always put in extra sessions, practicing balls through the inside forward channels. I then saw Bradford score goals as a direct result of that extra training.
For that reason I admired him and try to emulate that kind of behaviour ( with many notable failures!)
18 years on and he is stringing together an unbelievable string of results despite not being Alan Pardew, Tony Pulis, Sam Allardyce or Mark Hughes. Instead he is a passionate BAME coach who is showing that you don’t have to be on the prem manager merry-go-round to be successful.
What teams (other than BHA) have you wanted to succeed/survive based on a character within that team that you admire?
Can you imagine if that happened now? Not only would the stewards frog march out the tosser in the crowd, but the rest of the crowd would cheer as it happened and then he'd get a life ban.
Moore wins Manager of the Month as West Brom relegated.
What a dreadful series of decisions at West Brom. The Berainho (who?) saga, series of poor managerial appointments, none more so than sacking a survival specialist and bringing in Pardew who has clearly been a huge factor in their relegation. Oh well.
Just be thankful that WBA left it so long to get rid of Pardew.
As well as talking in monosyllabic riddles and pointing out which grotty pub the opposing team's firm were drinking in that day, sort of like the thuggish alternative to remembering the exact attendance for given games. They'd then have to adopt an online pseudonym and post veiled opinion without ever going to a game again.
