The dull part of the south coast
With no fixture for our glorious boys there was the horrible anticipation that we could drop down the table and end up just above those frightful oiks from South London. The Gods of football prevailed - not on our watch. So those around us in the league West Ham, Wolves, Bournemouth and Fulham decided to all lose and leave us still in 10th place and with a game in hand. Jolly decent of you chaps - cheers! :whisky:

Just a shame we'll follow suit, on Thursday.

Clinging onto how badly other teams are playing is rather ignoring the massive, tutu wearing, pink elephant squatting in the middle of the room, squeezing out a turd so big you're gonna need planning permission.

It's nice to know our turd will get planning permission and be on the ground before Palace get their new stand though.

I think.

If we beat City by 8 clear goals we go above The Chelse. Doable.

Yep - it's all set up for us to recover some form, battle our way to 7th. place - only for Man. Utd. to fluke the Cup Final against poor, embattled, exhausted, injury raddled Man. City.
PL positions 1-4 get the Champions League; 5th. place and the FA Cup winners get the Europa, and 6th. place gets the Conference. Oh dear!

What’s your point ?

Ooooh, can't agree really. That Coventry game showed VAR at its very very nitpicking, joy-sucking worst and depressed me as much as if it had been the Albion. Plus Palace followed up their recent win at Anfield by thumping West Ham. Early days admittedly, but I'm slightly concerned that they may have found their De Zerbi. Let's hope Chelsea pinch him in the off-season.

The way they played the ball around at Anfield, I have to admit, Palace were very good to watch.

Palace on the charge is not pleasant at any time
