I'm not condoning that but it is a slightly different argument. Such refusals are based on concerns over public order (whether real or imagined) whereas in this case it was based on discrimination against sexual orientation.

Really? I'd never even considered he might be gay. He comes from a good long tradition of English Dandys who have terrorised young fillies over the centuries. Perhaps you do have some issues.

If I had B&B only those that I thought I would be happy to have on my premises would be accepted, no reason would be given,end of story.
