Worthing
Has made some bold decisions of late and clearly not prepared to be taken for a mug. Stamping his authority and that is what managers need to do (none of this pussy footing about ). All these loans out in my opinion are spot on.....clearing the under achievers and those that do not fit into his future plans.

Good to see Gus has got the balls to do it and take no shit. I'm sure he's got something up his sleave.
He's clearly also got the backing of the board/chairman with these decisions which is good enough for me.

Might start to question his motives if suddenly Murray, Croft, Dicker, Calderon & Navarro go out on loan !!

Gus is the way forward:thumbsup:

Ye s yes yes yes yes
At last some people who agree with me - refreshing to hear
Poyet is the man - I am sure something is in the offing as regards a loan but he's got the rest of the squad working well - they're nothing like what he inherited as they now try to play football and actually ENTERTAIN.
Can't wait for next season

Everyone saying "I'm sure Poyet has something up his sleeve" which is fine, as I believe he does too. But I'll save the back-slapping for when something actually materialises as until then we are in a pretty dire position with regard to strikers.

I'll also congratulate him on improving when we move away from the relegation zone. We are playing much better but no point in being pretty if we don't pick up points. If we are as good as everyone on here reckons we should have no problems getting some wins under the belt - I hope so!

Hopefully we will be able to bring in a big name on loan up front. Forster will be next out the door he has played his last game for the club. Gus knows what he is doing he is keeping players fit and sharp they need this with the lack of reserve football at the moment.

Yeah i am backing Gus! I am sure this is all part of his master plan! There is no way he could let the likes Tunnicliffe and Dickinson go out on loan without decent replacements planned... we will have another striker in before the Leeds game, 100%..............

Good for Gus's future reputation as a manager for sure. Not sure his stance benefits the Albion's immediate problem tho. Falling out with Forster, shipping Dickinson out, persevering with Gary Hart. Let's hope the cognoscenti are wrong about the twelve year old boy with the tiny head. Cos its more or less down to him and Murray now, unless we're planning on grinding out a dozen or more no-score draws between now and the end of the season.
