Sounds like he wants the current leadership of the Labour Party to switch sides....

I know what you're saying but I put Corbyn more in the insane category.

I think he Cummings has a point, we need people who have alternative views and bigger picture thinkers, entrepreneurs like potential Tim Martin's.

Actually quite a refreshing change to see - focussing actually on useful skills and real life experience rather than the usual public school boy no idea types.

The problem is public sector wages - they want technical people / software developers - but sadly won't be able to afford the good ones

Quite an interesting blog. Just finished Syed's book on diversity and was intriguing to see his arguments on diversity of thought rather than simply looking at it with regards to colour/gender/age etc.

You never know the good ones may just be prepared to see the future, once they have grabbed a name for themself for working under Cummings, the sky will be their limit.

I love the line, I’ll bin you within weeks if you don’t fit — don’t complain later because I made it clear now. :guns::guns:

It's good to see that you have wised up and haven't naively fallen for Cummings twaddle this time round :lolol:

I used to work with a bloke like that, in fact he could have written it. He would never write the word "computer" always say "tin".

Rather than "modern" it sounds like something from the 90s. It's pure Nathan Barley.

It reads as if it was written by a person who hangs around technical people, but doesn't really understand the technology. Gleaned their knowledge from You Tube etc..

He has pulled out some random software packages that he has probably heard about in meetings. I could go on technically, but can't be bothered.

It's simply bullshit and has most probably broken current recruitment legislation.

Yes but his needs are contradictory. You have either gleaned the knowledge from an expensive education or are a genius so committed to your specialism you have left life experience to one side.

If you are that good at data analysis you aren't going to work in the public sector as you say. They don't have the systems in Government, where they exist all the different departments have their own.

A few people round Cummings aren't going to change that.

Not really, it works the other way round in this scenario.

The civil service would bite their hand off to get somebody from e.g. Google willing to to take a massive pay cut to work for them.

I'm not sure Google are really after people from the public sector, they'd rather get the best graduates in and "form them" into Google employees rather spend the time "re-programming" anyone who has worked for Government.

He's gonna be in a bit of trouble for this, number 10 have already distanced themselves.

Still, desperately stalking me then Watford?

Cummings twaddle, stood him in good stead, as he crushed all the other parties.

Perhaps you could apply for the job?

I would give you 5 mins before he binned you, for being too weird.:lolol::lolol:
