Weird noise last night in brighton 15th may

What was it ? Any one know ?.
It sounded like an old war alarm, i could here it in the day and continued through the night. It also sounded at times like someone with a mic.

I sometimes hear the protestors over at Home Farm Industrial area.

Yesterday there was something going on at the old barracks across from mithras house. I don't know if this had anything to do with it, but the new bbc tv show 'cuffs' which is filming in the down, was based there while filming at cost cutters.

There's an event tonight at Preston Barracks - part of the Brighton Festival. It involves pyrotechnics. Last night was a rehearsal.
