If you're getting on a bit and struggling to find weekend cash I'd suggest knocking up your wife or g/f. Before Mrs GB got preggers my weekend expenditure was horrendous, being as it involved sushi and sake more or less every Friday and a Saturday watching footy with similarly alcoholic ex-pats in an all-too expensive boozer miles from my apartment.
This weekend, however I am looking at about a tenner for either some cans of Guinness or bottles of Magners or a nice-ish burgendy or shiraz (can't decide which) plus about another tenner on a Chinese tomorrow night (can't go to the game as we have an anti-natal class at 2pm
)
Sunday is likely to be the most expensive if I play cricket but looking at the weather forecast that's unlikely so I'd say I'm in for less than 30 quid
