That looks good although I expect our lot to let you down. If I were you, I'd take the mighty Seagulls out and just do a £5 win treble on the other three.

I'm tempted by Leeds, Norwich, Southampton, Notts County at 7-1. I know it seems like a 'pick the big name' bet but all of them are in good form and 7-1 represents good value.

Add in Chelsea and Middlesborough. £5 gives you back £96.32.

Think County might let you down with that one.

Im hoping that the new gaffer and Shrewsbury's not so good away form will carry me through. With Robinson and Elder on the books the shrews are bound to bag it though! Going four and five fold as well just in case.

Tis a fair point and Notts County (I think) have still scored the most home goals. Just get a feeling that the new manager may struggle for a little.

Tonight going £1 on QPR, Gillingham and Grimsby = return of £14.38

Depending on success of tonight, might add to it tomorrow.

Stoke, Arsenal, Portsmouth, Chelsea, Sunderland, Burnley, Swindon & Charlton to win, Albion/Hartlepool & Everton/Villa draws.

A few combinations of trixies and other bits & bobs on the above - total payout of £240 if they all come in - total outlay of £35. Lots of different ways to recoup the stakes at worst so would need a really bad run to lose the lot!

Might go:

MAN YOO v Blackburn
BRISTOL CITY v fOwls
MIDDLESBOOGIE v Plymouth
LEEDS v Yeovil
HEREFORD v Darlo

8/1. Tempted to just lump on Hereford, they've started to hit a bit of form and are on a good run at home, almost evens to beat Darlo, who are shite.

COVENTRY v Reading and Sheff Utd v NOOCASTLE also both tempting at 6/4.

What I believe is the only horse in training with NSC in its name, goes in the 3.25 at Wetherby.

After a week of trauma on NSC, surely its worth 50p e.w.

I've also done 4 goals or more at Withdean @ 13/5

and 4 draws at Coventry, Stoke, Burnley and Arsenal @ 148/1
