It is clear that Mr Bloom (MONEYBAGS!!!!!!) needs to bring back someone with PASSION for the Albion. I have no problem with Poyet (EYES TOO CLOSE TOGETHER) but he will be back home in South Africa watching the World Cup in his homeland next summer so will not be strengthening the squad. He should therefore be sacked (LEFT BY MUTUAL CONSENT!!!) and Dean Wilkins (DROOL!!!) returned to his natural place after being sacked by Dick Knight (LIAR.......and don't get me started on the money stolen from the '83 Cup Final!!) for finishing seventh (7th!!!!) two seasons ago.

What element of not playing collectively together is it that causes our strikers to mis-hit the ball when they're right in front of the goal and missing is almost impossible?

That happens to every team.

The problem we have is we can't defend collectively as a team. We haven't particularly struggled for goals this year (scored 1 less goal that Swindon in the league, despite them being 14 points higher. Not to mention 9 goals in three FA Cup games).

I don't think it is to do with not having good enough defenders either. Virgo is supposedly wanted by Norwich and Southampton, and he isn't even making the team. Hoyte is reserve team captain at Arsenal, yet isn't making the team (On today's evidence).

I will agree we lack a leader at the back, but our problems go well behind simply not having good enough players...

Mr Bloom is still learning the art of football club chairmanship. I expect he will follow the ways of Sheikh Mansour at Manchester City and only sack the manager after a VICTORY.

But when this was written, they all had a point. I think if anyone had seen the likes of 1st half at Wycombe in the League last season, everyone would have agreed.
Amazing turnaround though, Poyet is God.

6 of yesterday's championship-winning team played at Swindon that day which makes the turnaround even more remarkable

Indeed. The full squad was

Brezovan, El-Abd, Tunnicliffe (Dickinson 67), Elphick, McNulty, Bennett, Crofts, Dicker, Navarro (Cox 67), Forster, Murray (Davies 84). Sunds not used - Kuipers, Hart, Virgo, Hoyte.

Doris Mayweather might regret his summation of the hiring of Oatway. A new management team was always going to need some sort of link/go between that knew the club well and was popular with the players and (most) fans. One might call it a master stroke, but early days.

"they all had a point" possibly, but the great thing with hindsight is that comments like HSeagullsH now are obviously perceptive whereas lots of the others (e.g. bhadebenhams, Steve Foster, Doris, etc.) all made points that are just a joke, at best

Quite literally in bhadebenhams case I think you'll find.
