We play well in patches, though usually when we are losing or have lost a game.

There is a clear problem with the mentality of the majority of our players & the lack of decent coaches at the club.

I think that we need to get rid of at least 10-15 players in January & buy 5 or 6 decent players. Far too many players picking up the weekly cheque & going through the motions.

Also too many BHA fans who are in denial & think that we are only one or two players away from being a decent side.

We just seem unable to play collectively as a team, doing the simple things.

Desire to play for the shirt seems to have been the difference. They knew & liked DW as a lot of them had played for him in the youth set up. That was an awful decision to get rid of him but it's done & we move on. I do truly believe Gus will turn this around & once he is able to have a clear out & bring in guys who will form the basis along with a few we already have of his own team we will be a good team. The mentality will be different.
