We need someone who knows when to come off his line and when to stay put, the same person must also listen to Gus and not keep hoofing the ball to the opposing team.Kasper Schmeichel in January and a good loan keeper now. If Gus has no confidence in Brezovan or Poke which he obviously hasn`t then they need to go out on loan.imho

i know hes bloody 6 ft something and scared to come and get it him and greer slow the game right down but when we play quick football teams cant cope with us we proved that against liverpool

trouble is kasper schmeichels at leicster so i doubt he would come to us unless leicster start doing bad maybe lee camp from forest

With lack of keeper strength in depth. Had a search and German International (7 caps) Timo Hildebrand is without a club and available on a free having been released by Sporting Lisbon.

He was also at Valencia so will know Vicente...... top top keeper, bags of personalilty and commands his area.

Of course it aint likely to happen....... but we could sign him tomorrow in theory,

could we afford his wages?

i also heard about Gomez being on the move so cant see that coming off, what about Stech from West Ham, the keeper is quality not sure his ready right now but he will be a fantastic keeper one day.

Carlo Cudicini gets my vote too, currently third choice at Spurs. A good loan deal especially if Spurs will help pay his salary. Still a good keeper and would boost the confidence of our back four.

Ahead of this season I had fears that Ankergren might not cut the mustard and suggested Cudicini back then.

Would Gus's links from Chelsea / Spurs help attract Carlo?
