Having watched the Albion for over 30 years, I was wondering whether there was any other club in the league, where oer that period of time, you could have watched a team play in all 4 divisions, play off semi final and final and every round of the FA cup.

Probably not. That's all!!

Cardiff haven't been in the top division for some time. Definitely not 30 years.

Wimbledon must be close. (Play- offs?)

Fulham for a start, Bradford City for another and the Huddersfield and Bristol City. I think the two Sheffield clubs and Pompey as well.

Oh and Swindon while I think about it.

Watford...definitely all four divisions and an FA Cup Final...not sure about the play-offs though.

swindon - fa cup?
fulham - 30 cup final in last thirty years?
hudds - top flight and cup final?
brizzle - cup final?
sheff weds - no sure they've been div. 4
sheff u - cup final?

Sunderland maybe have done it! weren't they in the fourth in the mid eighties?

Weds have been in div 4, definitely, I think they may have been promoted out of it the same season as Watford...and possibly Brentford.

Portsmouth have certainly been in all 4 divisions, been in every round of the cup but I don't think they've been in the playoffs?

So, the general consensus is Brighton, Pompey and Watford.

No not Pompey in playoff final. I thought just Sheff Utd not Wednesday were in the bottom division?

Don't think Sunderland have ever played in the bottom division, think they only ever had one season in the third tier (87/88)...they came down with us the previous season and we both went straight back up again.

However, don't believe any other club mentioned has been involved in a game of death and finished 91st two seasons running!
