If so, thanks very much for a great few games and its a shame Adams thinks Fraser is a better player than you.

sums it all up really.

Didn't we use this talented player well? sitting on the bench whilst some dinosaur centre back plays instead...

Is that Micky Mouse I can hear?...

He was today as Fraser had a good game and Thornton did nothing when he came on but in fairness to Thornton he should have been brought on 20 min earlier.

Fraser "had a good game"!!! What the f*** game were you watching? He was a complete waste of space. Did nothing!

had adams have had a pair of bollocks and made the changes to go for the win earlier, as colchester did, then maybe thornton would have been able to show the talents he so blatantly posseses

I just don't understand Adams' decision to bring Thornton in and then constantly refuse to give him a proper run out. He is clearly the most talented player at the club and has changed the game every time I've seen him come on (eg leicester). He works hard and always looks interested and wants the ball, exactly the type of player we need and we have shot ourselves in the foot BIG style by not playing him and in the process probably ruined any slim chance we had of getting him here permanently.

i must have been watching the same game that bg was watching because i personally thought fraser was good

yes thornton is a better player but today he was not for the length of time he was on the pitch. but if he was on earlier he may of made an impact in the game

First point is that Fraser is a central midfielder and not effective enough to be a central midfielder in league one anyway. He runs around a lot, works very hard but just isn't effective enough. Playing him on the right wing is just never going to work (Wilkins has also tried this and it never worked).

I would imagine the reason Micky chose Fraser was to try and help Whing out defending against Mark Yeates...I don't think it worked. Thornton should have started and I cannot believe people can't see that.

I soon as i saw the team run out without him, I feared for another dismal afternoon.

He's been the one creative midfield player we've had this season and he grafts and inspires too. Obviosly not MA's type because he just want cloggers.

It's a shame we've wasted such a talent.

Of all the distressing and inexplicable cock ups this season, for me, the worst has been the treatment of Thornton. By some distance the best midfielder we have had, he should have started every game while he was here. I hope he finds a manager who knows what he is doing and recognises his talent. He must be counting the hours until he can get away from Adams.

Looked today like he played 80 minutes for Colchester then swapped shirts and played the last ten for the Albion.

Substitutions today were puerile.
