Who earns what at the Albion, and what is the span of our wage structure? (highest and lowest paid)

Vicente highest earner? Thoughts?

I like to think we're on a similar structure to Blackpool/Hull of the Prem. 10k limit or whatever, nobody is bigger than the club. If so, I'd say CMS and Vicente are our top earners.

Would think Vicente or Cms top Dunk and Cook lowest. Couple of weeks ago I posted about somebody on the train saying he was Cooks uncle and the basic wage he said that him and Dunk are on wasnt great by footballer standards or probably not as much as many on here earn as I certainly earnt more as a pub manager..

I would imagine wages are topped up by appearances, points, league position, etc, so the likes of Elphick and El Abd were probably much better off last season.

The rumour going around is that CMS was offered between £19-22k per week to sign, you would presume Vicente would be on as much or very close to that. I've been told by a reliable source that CMS is on ten times as much as Tommy Elphick £2k per week and Adam El-Abd signed his new contract at £8,000 a week.

Thaty was how the question of Cook and Dunks wages came up on that train journey and the speaker, who said he as Steve Cooks uncle said that was absolute rubbish and that CMS was on half of that, Even if he was who he said he was how would he know what CMS earned.

I would imagine his on a fair amount more than half of that (£10k) as clubs of the stature of Leicester & West Ham had bids accepted and they both have players on considerably more than £20k per week, I think Nolan is on £50k if I'm not mistaken.

Notwithstanding the fact that CMS tuned Leicester down for us for footballing reasons and the hard sell of what we are about

Both CMS and his partners father Barry Fry said he could have gone elsewhere if it was for money, but he came to us for the football. Just hope that he still feels the same way. Saying he was only on half of that was probably just a figure of speech.
