Shitty McDonalds as shopping at Holmbush tonight
Well do not have it then.
Shitty McDonalds as shopping at Holmbush tonight
How is saying that our first XI is top 3/4 but that our squad as a whole will drag us down a) unfair and b) suggesting that I'm not a Brighton fan? I'd say it's a pretty fair summary that most people would agree with. Go on, do a poll, and ask if our first choice team is QUALITY (everyone will say yes), but that our reserves are largely not good enough (vast majority will say yes).
"Idiots" is ABUSE? Christ, you must lead a sheltered life. I think it's fairly obvious what my point was. Maybe not to you though.
And yes, I'm just sure the people involved in the club sit around all day discussing nsc posters.
Bugger me. "Idiots" is an unprovoked ATTACK? Are you typing this with a straight face? I know I couldn't. I suggest you have a look at some more threads. You'll be in tears when you read what some people have written about players today. Some of the nasty, nasty people have said they don't think certain players are good enough to play at all. I presume you will want to comment on all of that too?
And if you really expect me to believe anyone with an ounce of importance at a professional football club reads a messageboard and picks out people they like/dislike then you're a mug. Shouldn't they spend more time doing their jobs so that they don't attract criticism in the first place? If you're standing by this rubbish, then tell us all WHO supposedly dislikes me. There aren't many I've criticised so it shouldn't be hard.
The issue is not whether it's right or not to abuse people, it's about what you class as abuse. If someone called me an "idiot" then I've got to say I wouldn't be offended. Maybe it's different for you.
I think the majority of people on this site would agree we're lacking in the 'back-up' department, and there have been a LOT of people who've been a lot more insulting/critical than me. If you want to pick out "idiots" then fine, but it's hardly the crime of the century, especially as it was quite clearly intended in a different way to how you've taken it.
As for people reading this site, I'm sure they do. And I've never suspected our players train 24 hours a day. I doubt they train 3 hours a day to be honest with you. So yes, there would be plenty of time for club people to read this site. What I do not believe is that they would pick out my comments as worse than many other peoples unless they were one of the few targets I've aimed any criticism at. Which, if that's the case, makes it fairly easy to work out who you know/speak to.
Come up with a better suggestion then (that doesn't involve Tommy Fraser in midfield!).
This is a difficult decision.
On the one hand, why break up a successful central midfield partnership that has brought us two wins and Virgo three goals.
On the other hand, what other striker options do we have?
Jake? No. He has not impressed at all so far this season and we would have no height up front.
OGH? Maybe. At least he would give 100%, but again a height problem if we are to make something of crosses.
Dixon? No. So far he has not shown that he has what is needed for league football.
So that leaves Virgo as the best option for just this one game in my opinion.
Binfest anyone?
Good stuff 'ent it?
