Firstly, you deciding you're not a fan of Livermore before he'd actually played a game for us is PATHETIC.
Secondly, that midfield, I assume you're on a wind-up?
It's better than playing with ten though, isn't it?

Nein danke. As I've said before, I'm not the world's biggest fan of Livermore.
Cox
Thomson
Mayo
Robinson

Assuming El-Abd and McLeod are not fit, I'd have fewer problems with...
How can you come to the conclusion you're 'not a fan of Livermore'? He hasn't even played a game yet, that is ridiculous.

Is it? Mayo in midfield? I think I'd take the 10 option.
It shows how dire our midfield cover is that as soon as a couple of players are out noone can agree on who should come in, and almost everyone suggested has more people against them than for them.
He has played for us.
He has played for us.
He has played for us.
Well, a second half of a league cup game - in which he wasn't that bad at all. Friendlies mean almost nothing at all. Virgo didn't play one game in midfield in pre-season (I dont believe)
Oh yes, I agree with you. But the key thing you've said if "if you leave Adam Virgo at the heart of midfield." If he's in midfield then I don't see it as a huge problem - the problem then becomes who to play with Forster. However, I was working on the basis that Virgo would be upfront (which Micky sort of intimated in his interview after Barnet would be the case). Then, Livermore could be injured, so you're left with Thomson and El Abd (who is also doubtful). Doesn't sound so solid then in my opinion.
My point exactly TLO none of us here are the manager!
Leave the person whos paid to have the squad he wants to play the players where he want's
I don't think he played that badly either, he put in a couple of very good crosses, and as I said before, you can't judge a player based on one game.
He's played for us for 49 minutes in a game we were already 4-0 up in. Oh, and he was out of position.
You decided you didn't like him a few weeks ago (which I suspected at the time was just a way of letting everyone know you'd been to a friendly). However, either you've seen a lot of him at his previous clubs, and have built up a fair and true opinion of his worth. Or, you're talking shit for some unknown reason. There is no other explanation. If I started slagging off a new signing who'd never played for us I suspect you'd be the first one in there to criticise me, so what's this all about?
