Hi I was on the waiting list for a for villa ticket just checked my account and it say s 1 ticket with the print sign next to it does that mean I ve got one.i thought a decision was nt going to be made till the 3rd

Check to see what your next event is in your account, usually when there is a print sign it means they are waiting to dispatch the ticket if you chose the send by post method,
if not you will receive an email with a PDF file attached which will be your ticket to print off at home or at your office I think that covers it BOOM!!!!

Good thinking batman.i think the club took the money but refund it if you don t get one. I will check my email though

I'm on the Villa wait list and on checking my account it shows a printer icon with a big red cross on it against the ticket order. Guess this either means no print at home option, or more likely I'm not getting one!

Look at the last activities on your account. When I got allocated a Norwich ticket from the wait list I had an entry added: "18/04/2017: Exchange Tickets - Replace "Norwich City v Albion WAITING LIST 21/04/2017 19:45:00" (Adult (18-64)) with "Norwich City v Albion 21/04/2017 19:45:00" (Adult (18-64)"
