Brighton - In your face
That didn't last long with us did it.
I can't find the thread that started this, we were going to start with Brighton and move the imaginary cup to each team if they won. Swindon now have it and Hartlepool have the change to take it on Saturday.

Some friends and I did the exact same thing when Man united won the club world cup and became the 'best team in the world'. It stayed in England for ages with swansea keeping it for a record number of weeks while in the championship. It then went in the champions league bounced around Europe for ages. Even ended up in the Greek second division. Before heading back to English football via Spain..

We could do this at the start of each season and we start with the Cup.

If every club started with one cup I wonder who would accumulate the most?

It wouldn't really be a fair test. For example Chelsea could go on a huge unbeaten run, amass hundreds of cups, but lose their last game and a random team from Greece could end up with hundreds of cups.

But then the Greek team are CLEARLY better than EVERYONE? :moo:
