The only incident they mentioned for the Spurs game was Mac Allister "handball" off Welbeck shot

2020/21 we gained +1 from VAR.

The better and more comprehensive analysis would be net points lost/gained from clear officiating errors. I’m sure I’ve seen such analysis before.

It’s controversial because nay-sayers then say “Who’s to say that Palarse wouldn’t have then scored a late equaliser at Smellhurst?”.

Because that was the only one that was overturned.

What’s really interesting in that is that when you go through the decisions very few actually cost us points. HOWEVER that list doesn’t include on field decisions not overturned for penalties so the ones v Villa, Leicester, Spurs and Brentford (2nd handball) are not included, all of which did cost us points.
