It just goes to show what a shambles the British legal system is. How the hell can he be found guilty then have it quashed because the summing up by the stupid f***ing judge is flawed. These wankers are so old that they have to have someone to wipe their arses for them (probably Hoogstraten).
I hope the money wasted is repaid by the original judge.
