I can only comment on the Chinese one (and I'm certainly only a novice at that), but you cannot directly translate a name to Mandarin. The closest you can get is take the meaning of Cristiano and then find the words that represent that meaning in Mandarin.

When a Chinese person picks an english name, its often random as there just is no direct way to translate. My old flatmates name was Jia Jian Jin but went by Dana in english, and it was simply a name her teacher had picked at random for her. I also knew a 'Tina' who had that english name given to her by her Grandmother.

Sadly the Japanese one does say 'Cristiano'. We can only hope that the Chinese and Arabic ones are more imaginative...
