Scam - Look at the senders email and they would never send a word doc or tell you to click on a link. If you have concerns, log in to your email account from a browser and check your storage settings....

Under no circumstances click the link or open the file. It's a scam.

It's a scam which can be identified by the sentence construction.

"Due to the outdated and expired Microsoft account you are using."

That doesn't make sense by itself. It should be part of the previous sentence.

For future reference, the attachment and the strange sender email address are absolute certain signs of a scam, being asked to click on a link should be seen with extreme caution, generally, don't do it.

Also, it would be addressed to your microsoft account user name
