Hope this doesn't sound too mystical but the best allie you have in this situation is the truth. As you go through all the shitty procedures you are going to have to face over the coming months if you can remember what the core truth is in all of it, i.e you love your kids and you haven't bought this on yourself and then act in a way that sees the truth served ie making damn sure your kids know who and where you are and carry yourself with the dignity that gives you-you will come out OK.

Hope that makes some kind of sense?

Oh, yeah, forgot to add, if she's playing away, make sure YOU divorce HER for adultery, rather than SHE divorce YOU for the the 'unreasonable behaviour' or 'irreconcilible differences' that she would doubtless prefer. Take it from me, the minute you take that step you'll feel a whole lot better in yourself.
